Heritage Project Manager
We are seeking a Heritage Project Manager to oversee delivery of the final phase of renovations works at Temperance Hall, a Grade II listed building in Haverfordwest, and to support its transition into active public use as an accessible community and creative space. This role will also take the lead on scoping future projects and funding opportunities, working within the team and with a range of external stakeholders to look beyond.
Working with the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Trustees, architect-led design team, and other contractors, you will coordinate day-to-day delivery across the programme, procurement support, stakeholder communications and funder reporting. This is a varied role for an organised project professional who shares our vision for heritage-led regeneration in Haverfordwest.
Fixed-term: 18-month project-funded post
Salary: £35,000 per annum (pro rata) equal to £21,000 per annum before NI, income tax and other deductions.
Hours of work: 22.5 hours per week (0.6FTE, flexible); occasional evening/weekend work may be required.
Work location: hybrid/home-based with regular attendance in Haverfordwest (site meetings and stakeholder meetings).
Annual leave: 25 days plus public holidays(pro rata) per annum.
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer, Haverfordwest Heritage.

This post is being funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund thanks to National Lottery players. The capital works which will complete the restoration of the Temperance Hall is being funded with grants from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, Welsh Government - Cadw and the Architectural Heritage Fund.
Trustee / DIRECTOR (Voluntary)
Our mission is to transform empty heritage buildings in our town into vibrant spaces which make Haverfordwest a better place to live, work, learn and visit.
We’re seeking to appoint additional trustees to join our Board. Trustees should share our passion for the regeneration of Haverfordwest and championing its built heritage. We welcome candidates with experience in the private, public or charity sectors. We are particularly looking for trustees who can contribute expertise in the following areas:
Charity governance and management
Built heritage or historic building conservation
Community engagement
Financial management
Fundraising and income generation
Tourism and the visitor experience
Trustees are required to attend bimonthly meetings and contribute to sub-committees.
